Ray Breslin (originally from Binghamton, NY) and Patrick Pecoraro (a native of Rochester, NY) purchased their first two units in The Mantell Plaza in 1994. Living and working in Rochester, they viewed the investment as a vacation property to which they could one day retire. That day came early in 1998 when Ray and Patrick officially relocated (and semi-officially "retired") to fabulous South Beach and The Mantell Plaza.
